Active Tech was founded in 1971 as a single retail outlet servicing the local electronics community. Since that time, we have expanded to include stores in every major city across Canada becoming the largest electronic parts supplier

In 2008, Active Tech purchased Arbell to become the largest industry distributor of production equipment and supplies in Canada. With over 10,000 electronic parts stocked in our stores and thousands more in our warehouse or available for special order, Active Tech offers our customers a great selection of electronic components at competitive prices.
